Estonian Malt OÜ (former Eesti Leivalinnase OÜ) is a leading rye malt
producer in the Baltic States for more then 15 years, suppling the biggest
bread bakeries in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Possessing an uptodate malting factory and
professional employees, we produce rye malt using only high quality food rye,
which is grown according to all EU regulations. We don’t use any preservatives or additives and our rye malt has been produced thru a natural fermentation
process.
Our monthly production capacity is
approximately 180 tons of red and white malt, where as white malt forms 30% and
red malt 70% of production volume. Recently, we have increased productivity and
we have planned in the near future to further increase our production volume by
30%.
Estonian Malt has implemented and
maintains a Quality Management System which meets requirements of the ISO
9001:2008 standard.
