Eesti Leivalinnas OÜ produces white and red bread malt. We supply the bread industry with thermally processed grain and germinated grain. Our selection of products includes over 10 articles. In 2004 the turnover of the company was 0.56 million €.
There are over 30 bakery and bread companies among the clients of the company.
Our production capacity per month is approximately 120 tons of red and white malt of which white malt comprises 40% and red malt 60%. In the near future the plan is to increase production capacity by 30%.
The mission of Eesti Leivalinnas is to produce quality bread malt valuing the rye bread consumption culture and its healthy impact on people.
