Eesti Leivalinnase OÜ produces white and red bread malt. We supply bakeries and the bread industry with fermented and unfermented rye malt flour.  We also offer fermented and unfermented rye grain to customers who wish to mill the grain themself.

There are over 30 bakery and bread companies among the clients of the company.
Our monthly production capacity is approximately 180 tons of red and white malt, where as white malt forms 30% and red malt 70% of production volume. Recently, we have increased productivity and we have planned in the near future to further increase our production volume by 30%.

Eesti Leivalinnase OÜ has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standards.

The mission of Eesti Leivalinnas is to produce quality bread malt valuing the rye bread consumption culture and its healthy impact on people.
